3. Payment Terms

  • Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. We accept payments through various online and offline modes, as specified during the registration process.

  • Fees may vary based on the course and specific packages offered. Participants will be informed of all fees before registration.

4. Refund Policy

  • Course Cancellation by SARA: If the course is canceled or rescheduled by the SARA Institute of Data Science, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee or an option to enroll in a future session.

  • Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, the following refund policy applies:

    • Cancellation 14 days or more before the course start date: Full refund of the course fee.

    • Cancellation 7-13 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the course fee.

    • Cancellation less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any registration or processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time frame.

5. Course Modifications

  • The SARA Institute of Data Science reserves the right to make changes to the course content, schedule, or instructor if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

  • In the event of significant course modifications, participants may request to transfer to a different course or receive a pro-rated refund based on the portion of the course attended.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner throughout the course. This includes interaction with instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

  • Any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

  • Participants are prohibited from sharing or distributing course materials without prior permission from the SARA Institute of Data Science.

  • All course materials, including videos, documents, presentations, and exercises, are the intellectual property of the SARA Institute of Data Science. They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared in any form without prior written consent.
