1. Cancellation by Participant
- 15+ Days Before Start Date:
- 100% Refund: Full refund of fees paid.
- 100% Refund: Full refund of fees paid.
- 7–14 Days Before Start Date:
- 50% Refund: Half of the fees paid.
- 50% Refund: Half of the fees paid.
- Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date:
- No Refund: Fees are non-refundable.
Process:
- Submit a refund request via email to sara.institute.info@gmail.com with:
- Participant name
- Transaction details (payment ID, date).
- Reason for cancellation.
- Participant name
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method.
2. Scholarship Recipients
- Scholarship seats are non-refundable.
- If unable to attend, notify SARA at least 7 days prior to free the seat for another candidate.
3. Cancellation by SARA
- If SARA cancels/reschedules the event:
- 100% Refund: Full refund for all paid participants.
- Option to Transfer: Join the next cohort at no extra cost.
- 100% Refund: Full refund for all paid participants.
4. Special Cases
- Medical Emergencies: Submit a doctor’s certificate for refund consideration (partial/full, case-by-case basis).
- Partial Attendance: No refunds for days attended.
5. Non-Refundable Components
- Administrative Fees: ₹500 (deducted from all refunds).
