Refund Policy

  1. Refund Within One Week of Registration:

    • If a participant requests a refund within one week of their registration date, they will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of ₹500.

  2. Refund Between One Week and 6th April 2025:

    • If a participant requests a refund more than one week after their registration date but before 6th April 2025, they will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

  3. Refund Between 6th April and 15th April 2025:

    • If a participant requests a refund between 6th April and 15th April 2025, they will receive a 25% refund of the registration fee.

  4. No Refund After 15th April 2025:

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after 15th April 2025.
